Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition plays such a vital role to our well being that if overlooked, can cause more harm than just extra body fat.

I’m sure you’ve heard of gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, irritable bowl syndrome, anorexia, or hashimotos.

You may also have experienced symptoms like low energy, hair loss, brain fog, menstrual irregularities, feeling hot or cold, bloating, swollen fingers or feet, night sweats, decreased sex drive, depression, dry skin, increased acne, insomnia, or trouble losing weight or gaining muscle.

And by now you have probably realized that exercise alone won’t get you the body you want, nor will it give you the life you deserve.

Spending hours in the gym each day, eating like a bodybuilder, or restarting your diet every Monday is no way to live.

Food should be fun, tasty, and empowering. Not sickening, good or bad, or restricted.

Nutrition is such an important topic to grasp and understand because there is so much information out there that seems to contradict itself.

So much information, so little personal application.

That’s why I’ve spent the last 10 years researching, trying, and educating myself on these applications. Since then, I’ve completed both level 1 and level 2 Precision Nutrition certifications as well my level 1 with Jason Phillips and the Nutritional Coaching Institute.

Learning basic nutrition definitions and categories like protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins and minerals can help you understand what makes up a meal when you dine out or how to create a balanced meal at home. In turn, learning how to identify these categories will help you make better food choices that will aid in a clearer mind, healthier body, and your ideal body composition.

Food is a necessity for life. Take the time to understand how to elevate and empower your relationship with it.

Let me help you

I realize that no one seeks out a nutrition coach when they feel or look great. And I understand that every person comes with a different story about how they got where they are today.

Maybe you have tried to lose weight and you can’t, can’t sleep, feel weak, have no sex drive, are always tired, or aren’t making the gains you know you can in the gym. It’s something different for everyone, and with every single person comes a different level of education - that’s why you’ll never receive a blanket templated diet plan from me.

In my approach as a coach, I prioritize my focus on communication, education, and accountability, in that order.

That’s why it’s important that we take a deep dive into your story to better understand you so that we can tailor our goals to your goals.

How we do it

  • A realistic approach that matches your current body composition and physical activity levels, plus a blueprint of where we are going and how.

  • Incorporating carbs into your plan, because they’re not the devil.

  • My personal and super simple How-to Grocery Guide, Plating System, and Macro Guide
